"Dance like nobody's watching"

I started dance2xpress out of passion and love for dance and movement.  With 20+ years in this space, I wanted to bring to life a safe space that allows us to enjoy movement with , freedom, fun, and zero judgement.

Through dance2xpress, I provide dance & movement classes for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults.  The programs value both the creative process and the individual -- and focus on creative expression in a free-form, non-competitive environment.  I emphasize multi-forms of communication via movement, rhythm, and words.
